“I recently had the privilege of meeting with Dr. Boyd (Jeremy) at the Trifecta Therapeutics office in Swedesboro and wanted to share how amazing the experience was…admittedly, I was a bit tentative about the appointment as I previously had an underwhelming experience at a different physical therapy company, but Jeremy immediately put my mind at ease and I truly can’t emphasize enough how pleased I am with the results!

What stood out to me initially was Jeremy’s clear communication on what to expect during my visit, the purpose of the evaluation and ultimately, what the desired outcome we planned to achieve.

Believe me, I had plenty of questions, and he graciously answered each of them, all the while helping me to better understand what was going on with my injury and clearly mapping out the best game plan to address it - both in the short and long term.

For what it’s worth to anyone that may be reading this review, please know that I’ve never done so before…not for a hotel, a trip, restaurant, etc, but felt so strongly about how well my appointment with Jeremy was, and most importantly, the relief that I’ve subsequently experienced, that I wasn’t going to miss the opportunity to share it with others!

“John is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with, and it's not even close. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone wanting to reduce pain, increase strength and mobility, and live with a better quality of life to go to Toro.

When I first started, I didn't have a specific active injury. Instead, I had chronic pain in many areas due to the combination of issues with posture, strength imbalance between left and right, and many past injuries/surgeries.

The biggest breath of fresh air for me was that John and his team treat the root cause of the issue by examining your body as a whole and actually strengthening the underlying weaknesses and instabilities that are to blame. In the past, other physical therapists would only treat the one part of my body that was actively having issues. Inevitably, my problems would always come back because they had only done a band-aid fix, rather than solving the actual cause.

The other big difference is that Toro doesn't only use the typical physical therapy treatments that I had in the past, such as bands and ladder exercises, they also teach you to properly lift real weight and build actual strength. I can already tell that developing this type of functional strength will heavily carry over to making many other aspects of my life easy and pain-free.

After only a month of therapy, I am already noticing a significant reduction in pain, improvement in posture, and increase in functional strength (which has also carried over into my normal weight lifting). I feel better and stronger than I have in over a decade, and I can only imagine how much better I will become with more time and hard work. I absolutely plan to work with Toro long into the future.

I'd also like to mention Callee and Tim. Callee is who will greet you at the front desk, she is very kind and helpful and makes scheduling and the payment/insurance side of things simple. Tim assists John in working with and helping his patients to make sure they have all the knowledge they need to do their exercises properly and he is always a pleasure to work with as well. Overall, the whole team is incredible.“

“What a fantastic atmosphere to receive your treatment. When you walk in you are greeted happily by the receptionist, from there your Physical Therapist and your aides take over and explain the exercises you will be doing and the reason behind each exercise. While you are there the other Physical Therapists, and patients will also interact with you making you feel welcome and valued. Last but, not least there is Scooby their dog therapist who will constantly put a smile on your face with his playful antics and his pleasant and affectionate personality.“

You continue on to the next big room and are greeted by the therapists. They all are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have concerning your situation. “Victory PT was recommended to me by a friend who also has Ehlers Danlos. Since I have started with Victory, my shoulder has graduated (as as long as I keep up with my at home isometrics, the pain from my inflamed rotator cuff is almost 0), and my plantar faciitis from unstable ankles went from "if I take my dog on a 45 minute walk now, I won't be able to put weight on my foot overnight." To "I went to the Chinese Lantern festival, and I didn't need to limp to get to the bathroom at 2am." Other physical therapy offices have pushed my body too hard, too fast, and caused more damage. This is the first time I have had measurable improvement. Every time I get movement related pain, I'm getting a prescription to go back to Victory. I now have the tools to maintain my joints as best I can. If you have joint instability or you need post-op physical therapy, call Victory PT, and make sure you do your homework isometrics. “I had a forearm muscle strain and my Doctor sent me here for PT. The staff is very nice. Josh addressed my problem and set me up with a program. I had 8 sessions and I was 100% after then were completed. Would go back over and over again. I hope that I really don't have to in the future. No more getting hurt.“

He don't push you into surgery, he tries other routes first. In the 70's He and Dr . George (who is now retired) worked on my Dad's back after a serious work accident.
