“Thank you, Dr. Nellie! I first visited SISU for pelvic floor therapy. My bladder control has greatly improved! Not only can I now spend an afternoon hiking with no restroom in sight, but I am most impressed with the reduction in pain in my foot, back, thumb joint and hamstring. At the start of every visit, Nellie would ask how I was feeling and then she would listen. As I described a pain or lack of mobility, she would ask more questions, thoroughly check the area and lead me through exercises targeting the problem area. I highly recommend Dr. Nellie Brown!“

“I have been going to 3D PT for a couple of months now after breaking my kneecap. I have found it very helpful with recovery and building back strength. Shane is one of the helpers there he has been very nice with helping me, and also he is a great person to talk to. Shain has made it a fun and good helper to keep you on task and happy. Also, Sarah the owner of the West Berlin location has been an amazing person to work with having flexible timing and being easy to work with! Making it nice knowing if you are jammed up she will work with you to schedule the next available time. Grant also has been great to work with a funny person to be around. Most importantly the atmosphere is great everyone is nice to each other, and everyone is willing to have a conversation and get to know each other, so it is great going in knowing it will not be boring, and just waiting for PT to be over!!!! “this is my third time with jeff crispin and jag pt first two with heartland pt.i have had great results with jeff and the staff there. currently im doing pt for a back problem that i have been living with most of my adult life.to be honest i wasnt expecting too much.to my surprise i have already begun to improve on the level of pain i experience daily.the exercises they are teaching me and the workouts im doing are really helping..im much more optomistic about the outcome than when i started.one thing is for sure my outlook has changed in just 5 visits.. definitely the right choice .thx jeff , matt ,chris ,cindy ,and laurie“

“I don't understand all of the negative reviews because I've been here multiple times and often and haven't experienced most of the negative things listed. This tells me that these people encountered mistakes and decided that everything about the office was awful. I've never waited more than 15 minutes, nurse visits are insanely fast, and only one time they almost charged me but realized they didn't need to and they refunded me immediately and apologized. Everyone has been friendly and I would just say they don't act "fake nice" which I appreciate more than hearing a customer service voice. Including all of the mistakes people have listed I would give it 4/5 stars, but I personally haven't experienced these things and do not wish to skew any data, so based on my experience, 5/5 stars highly recommend.“
