“I can’t recommend pelvic floor therapy with Rhythm enough! It helped me so much throughout pregnancy and postpartum. During pregnancy, it made a huge difference in managing my pelvic pain, performing proper perineal massages, and taught me how to properly breathe and push during labor. Because of what I learned, I only pushed for 30 minutes and didn’t tear during delivery which allowed for safe and pleasant birth. Now postpartum, it’s helping me safely rebuild my pelvic floor strength and recover more quickly. I’m so grateful I did it and would highly recommend it to any expecting or postpartum mom.“

From my first visit, Jeff was professional, efficient, and focused on treating the pain holistically by getting to the root cause. “I had a knee replacement in April 2026. Ivy Rehab in Upper Darby was my location for the Physical therapy. I had in-home for several weeks which was excellent, then went to the upper Darby location for the remainder of my therapy. I can't find the words to explain how extremely glad I was that I was going to Ivy in upper Darby. They are a great group of people. I looked forword to my visits as they made every visit a pleasure, they were knowledgeable and nothing was to much for them. They all worked together. It was an excellent experience.“
