“The Hempseys are lifesavers!!! I called them at about yesterday 3/4/24 7:48 am and 2 trucks we at my house by 9:45 am. I have babies in the house and there was water backed up in my basement. He was able to come earlier than my slot but called ahead of time to make sure it worked for me, he was thorough, efficient, and explained what he was doing and seeing (I learned in the process!), and he gave me a recommendation for someone to come fix some water damage I have that I’ve been meaning to get looked at (the underlying plumbing problem was already addressed). Before he left he actually called his contact with me so I was able to schedule an appointment for an appraisal for water damage! So convenient. This appointment could not have gone better!“
