When I contacted Jr for an estimate he happened to be in the area and came by to check out our situation. “jamie popped by and examined all the regular areas. he began in the kitchen, inquiring about any problems. even though my back was turned, his voice reminded me of a famous football player, not the same physique though. i have a knack for recognizing voices better than faces. i requested him to inspect the bathroom i normally use. he adjusted the water pressure and repositioned the water shut-off valve closer to the rear entryway. i assured him the crawl space was fine, as i usually inspect it when i hear unusual sounds. he signed me up for another year of their maintenance plan. you never can predict when water pressure might be too high or other minor issues, just like with a furnace. i joked with jamie, asking how he would like to inspect a football player's water system, promising a large tip and football game tickets, which he could pass on to ross.“

“Conn Mechanical did a fantastic job replacing our air conditioner and it was not an easy job. Alot of the work was up in our attic which was not easy to navigate. As we had 3 old AC units (30+ years) we realize that the other 2 are on borrowed time. Knowing that CMSS also did the prep work for running new lines for when and if the other 2 fail. This included digging a 20 foot ditch to reach the house from where our AC units are located. When done, all worked great right away, no glitches and they cleaned up so well you would never have know they were there except for the nice cool air now flowing upstairs again. I highly recommend them, they had done several jobs for us in the past and it's always 5 star performance.“
