“The first guy we had was stellar. He was able to level with me and allow me to report what I saw with confidence that it wouldn't fall on deaf ears. He has moved on in his career and the new guy is also stellar. Personable, communicative, educated about his job, and helpful. They treat here weekly and talk to everyone especially me.”
“(2021)(*****)Had an flying ant problem & decided to go with Western Pest Services. Picked the 1 year home protection plan over the single existing problem because it seemed like the best decision. The serviceman (Erwin) was very professional & personable & did an excellent job. (2026)(***) Been using Western Pest on their yearly plan since 2021. After my February 2026 service I'll give the servicemen a #10 & the office a #5 due to their operating & customer communication procedures.”
“The service tech was very friendly and informative and detailed with their technique. I was impressed with the time they spent in my home making sure all areas were covered.”
