10/20 update: They continue to provide great service – always on time.We started using western when we moved into our new house earlier this year. They came recommended by a friend who uses them as well. The customer service representatives are very pleasant and professional. The techs who come out are very courteous and professional. The company is very responsive.Highly recommend Western Pest.
Not sure how to respond…I resent and don’t think it’s necessary to ring the doorbell at 8:30 in the morning to let us know the service person has arrived and again at 8:45 am to let us know the work is completed. We’ve already been advised to expect service and no one has to be home….so why wake us up to let us know you’re here….we can see the western truck outside . No inside work was done.
