I am writing to say thank you to Matt in sales and Tim the technician. Matt was really knowledgable and friendly, and Tim was very intuitive and resourceful- he knew to check the attic for the wasp nest even though they were entering in through the siding and not the soffit. When I have a pest issue they take care of it. Very friendly and professional. They always ask if there are any other issues or just the one I called about. They always make sure to answer my concerns.

We had a wasp nest behind the siding and into the foundation. Used 4 cans of over the counter spray before we knew we needed help. Called viking based on reviews online and glad we did. They came out and without hesitation treated the nest. By the morning wasps were gone. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.
