We had to call them at 7:00pm after a backup occurred in our downstairs bathroom. Lucas arrived within an hour and quickly identified the cause of the problem which involved our sewer line. He was able to clear the line and flushed it while testing all our drains. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous he made a bad situation not so awful. Our experience was very positive and if we needed this service again, which I hope we do not, I would definitely call them.
We called Mr. Rooter to come out to a jobsite to do a sewer location for a cap. The supervisor, Matt Gerber came out, located the line, helped up immeasurably. He went above and beyond to do his job. He made our lives easier saving us excavation time, and was spot on.
