It is hard to overstate our enthusiasm for the NY String Academy. The faculty members are exceptionally accomplished musicians with a real knack for working with children. Our daughter started violin in 2017 (when she was three) and piano in 2018 (when she was four). Her progress on both instruments has been remarkable, thanks to the expert tutelage of Reun Chung. As importantly, our daughter looks forward to her lessons. Ms. Chung makes learning both easy and fun - each of which is obviously critical when working with very young children. A fantastic violin and piano school. I have been bringing my daughters here for the past four years, and they are progressing wonderfully. The teachers themselves are not only very skilled violinists and pianists, but they able to connect very well the students. Teaching young children is very difficult but all the teachers understand the child's mind and thus enable the little ones to excel at their playing. Great location too...close to many fantastic restaurants in Palisades Park!!!

NY String Academy is an great place not only for kids of all ages but also adult to learn music. Their faculty are very talented and passionate in creating fun filled lessons/classes. I was lucky enough to find this school. The practice rooms are roomy and very comfortable. Teachers are all well educated, friendly and nice. Overall, a very nice place to learn much instruments and I highly recommend them for anyone who want to learn music instruments or further their talent in music.
