“We are so SO grateful for Comfort Keepers. My husband and I needed to find quality in-home care for my mother-in-law who's Alzheimer's is progressing quite significantly lately. Her wishes are to remain in her home until her last breath. So, we needed to find an excellent team of people who can deliver quality care in her home. Thankfully her brother-in-law lives with her.. so we are able to have providers come in the morning and the evening for a few hours.

From the first encounter with Payel, we knew we made the right choice. She and Roseann quickly worked on our schedule and provided immediate updates if anything should change. We can always speak with someone, at any time of day, and it truly feels like they are part of our family care unit. Their work ethic, kindness, and professionalism really shine through. If a particular care provider isn't a great fit, they will adjust immediately for the next visit. I'm absolutely blown away by the care we have received. Brings tears to my eyes actually.

The other day I received a call from the Director of Operations, because we overpaid on one of our bills, so she said we'd be reimbursed. We had a lovely conversation which further solidified my trust in Comfort Keepers.
