All of the aides we’ve had have been very pleasant, friendly, and helpful as can be. Catalina is the MVP and goes above and beyond. She has been everything you could want in an aide. They are all friendly and accomodating and we are lucky to have this team caring for my dad.
After several searches I found the Bayada agency to be what I was looking for to help both my parents at home with their day to day living. It was not an easy choice to make. They have provided the utmost service with their care for my parents with the home health aide assigned to them and the nurses that have come to ensure they are receiving the care they deserve and need.
