We used Home Instead for my mom and then had them help with my dad also. We had Kim as a live in caregiver for the last 3 weeks of our parents' lives. Kim was absolutely amazing with our entire family. She made sure that my brothers, my parents and I felt comfortable and at ease. Kim kept my parents calm and safe during their transition. After my parents passed, Kim made sure to reach out to us to make sure we are all okay and if we needed anything. I cannot speak highly enough of Kim and Home Instead.
We are so grateful to Home Instead for the wonderful experience with Reham over the weekend of June 20-21st. Reham came both days to help with my father whom just arrived back from Florida after suffering with CHF after undergoing a heart procedure and pacemaker surgery.
From the moment she arrived she put everyone at ease and really went above and beyond what we are used to with other caregivers. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and teamwork by the staff at Home Instead. My family member had a full-time 24 hour live -in aide. Everyone at Home Instead bent-over backwards to help our family and respond to our needs. We highly recommend this home health company.
