I've worked with many nursing agencies over the years and Preferred is by far the best. From the office staff to the clinical staff Preferred really cares about their nurses. They listen and immediately get to work on problem solving. The staff at preferred is always available and concerned for the needs of their nurses. The clinical staff is amazing. They work hard and will make themselves available on the assignment to be sure the nurse is comfortable with the responsibilities of that assignment. All the staff are friendly and very helpful and thorough in explaining everything. I’ve only been with them a short time but I feel like I’ve been there forever (in a good way) Lol it feels like home!
A company that truly cares for their patients and are not just a business in the health field for the profit. This company is not only wonderful with their patients but their staff. They provide the most up to date trainings so staff are receiving the highest rating of care to give to their patients. There are so many home health companies and no company beats Preferred.
