My clothes always come back quickly, on time and well cleaned/pressed. Love the convenience of the drive through. The young man who works there, Dean, is great! He is always cheerful and courteous and checks to make sure everything is in order. He always brings a smile to my face.

Tides cleaners in New Providence was excellent! I had a wedding to go to and I needed my dress steamed. Dean called his manager and they arranged me to bring it in the next day . Shirley tracked the dress and made sure it was done on time ! Alison (I think was her name ) checked me out very professionally and said I had a beautiful dress . They all worked as a team! As a business owner myself , customer service , is very important to me. This team was excellent . Will use them again and again . Oh! And my dress came out perfect ! Thank you Tide Cleaners in New Providence!

I was lazy and waited until the last minute to get my suit dry cleaned. They were buys and said it would be done in 4 days, but I needed mine in 2...and after making a call they were able to shift things around and get mine done in that short period of time! I'm extremely grateful and will be sure to use them again in the future.
