He’s helped me tremendously over the last year and I can’t say anything but great things about him. Unlike a lot of other chiropractors, Dr. Rivano is not the guy that will give the misguided advice to stop lifting weights (or stop lifting heavy) because he not only understands the lifestyle, but understands the benefits that come with it. “JAG in Westfield is amazing. I went in with a strained SI joint and hip from over doing it. After a few weeks of not improving back to the doctors for films and a consult. The whole staff is so supportive. The PTs and PTAs make sure you're doing your exercises carefully and correctly. It's easy to get appointments and they're flexible around your schedule. If you someone like me who doesn't always remember to put your schedule in your phone, you can always make your appointments easily on their portal which is not complicated to access. I got to a point that I took a two week break with their blessing and did something to tweak my back again. No one yelled at me. They were very helpful. Now I haven't gone for a while and I ooing well. I know how to take care of a mild strain if I overdo it since they have taught me. I also know that I can go back. I might need a new prescription but I would be welcome. It's great that they play some good music too. Makes you want to dance if you're ready.“

“I was extremely skeptical of acupuncture. I’ve had chiropractic care, physical therapy and massage done routinely & while they all helped in the moment or for a couple weeks, i was still left with DEEP tension in my muscles, a tingling in my shoulders/fingers every morning & nerve issues in my neck that led to alot of other issues. My boss recommended this place so I gave Diana a shot. I WISH I CAME SOONER, not only would it have saved me time & money but my issues would’ve resolved much faster. I only went TWO TIMES + I can feel my shoulders again, I can walk without my hips feel like they are going to cave in, I can actually get deep enough in movements to train in the gym properly. Although not necessary, I plan on returning for just general “maintenance” because it’s actually enjoyable!! “My mom attends Kessler in Union,NJ on Stuyvesant Ave.We have had other Physical Therapist ,but no one gently encouraged my mom to the point that she actually feels bad, as i she is disappointing Rick Pagnillo. This man has such a Beautiful way about him ,that has seemingly made an 80yr old woman, that nearly lost her life during a brutal Chemo and Radiation immediately after, not only feel revived but is now on a mission to live again. RICK PAGNILLO,PT,MSPT is a very soft spoken, high energy man that is Loving while still maintaining a Firmness that keeps the patient motivated.My mother is Not a Pink girl, and Ran my 6ft5 in dad who was Overly Macho. I honestly questioned ,can this soft spoken man,Rick Pagnillo handle my mom. Especially after recently having two other therapist ,that felt like they were drill sergeants, and that my mom was a number . Rick would look at my mom, directly in her eyes, AND WOULD REALLY SPEAK WITH HER, evaluating if she was having a good day or not before each session (mostly was having a tough day) and would still have her leaving her session feeling accomplished and a hint stronger.

I write this review because ,getting a Therapist that has inner drive, a loving spirit, while maintaining firmness ,Coupled with an understanding ,this patients body has been thru Warrrr, Is Truly Receiving a Gem of a Man!
Rick Pagnillo is a Treasure of a human. He is what every person going through a personal battle of healing ,Needs!!!
