“Our experience with Clifton Physical Therapy has been amazing! From the very first phone call with Tiffany, I knew that she was knowledgeable and skilled in managing sports related injuries. My son pulled his hamstring during a track meet and was in pain. Tiffany and Isabel created a treatment plan encompassing some acupuncture, cupping, red cord, palates and general exercises and stretches to help him loosen tight calf muscles, and strengthen and rebuild his hamstring. They provided education and encouragement, with some comic relief, to motivate him and properly train him on tasks like proper breathing when running to give his muscles oxygen. Avery made so much progress and within a 2 month period. We are so appreciative and grateful for all of the skills taught and personal attention given to aid in Avery's recovery. We have recommended Clifton Physical Therapy to other members on Avery's track team and will continue to do so. These ladies are exceptionally skilled, creative, personable and amazing. “Active Sport & Spine Therapy has been wonderful for my 10-year-old baseball player. They helped him recover from a shoulder injury and have continued to work with him to keep his shoulder strong and healthy so he can keep playing the sport he loves. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and great with kids. We’re very grateful for the care they’ve given him and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality treatment.”
“Recently, I fractured my left wrist while playing basketball, which unfortunately has ruined almost my entire season. Although my fracture has not been too bad, it has required a great deal of physical therapy to regain use of my wrist, reduce swelling, tension, etc., and get it back to 100%+. However, I have found that selecting a physical therapist has not been as easy as I thought it would be. I originally went to another orthopedic clinic, where everyone was very nice, but not nearly as thorough as they needed to be. On top of that, they also did not take my insurance card.<br><br>However, after researching for a little, I found this wonderful place, and I must say that I am extremely happy with my selection. Dr. Rob is incredible. Not only is he highly intelligent, knowledgeable, and professional, but it shows in his work. Dr. Rob has already improved my wrist significantly in just a handful of sessions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who ever needs physical therapy or orthopedic work. He is extremely professional, very kind and knows exactly how to help. If I could I would leave a higher rating. Don’t hesitate to come here, 11/10.”

“Going to PT for the first time. Parabolic is a very nice facility, with great equipment and people. There is a very good atmosphere between the staff and the clients. My therapist, Emily, has been great and when she startes working on my knee the improvement was amazing very quickly. Easy parking and you also get to watch top skaters on the ice of the Montclair State University ice arena in which Parabolic is located!”
