“Approximately 12 years ago, Hansel's Carpets replaced our carpet in our family room as well as installed carpet on our entire third floor. We were very pleased with their service back then and decided to go back to them. Due to rehab work in our family room, we needed to replace the entire carpet again. We visited the store and met with Manny and another very friendly member of their staff. They provided us with some carpet samples to compare at home. We made an appt for Manny to come out and measure which he did within the window he had provided. We chose and ordered our carpet and within a few weeks was ready for installation. The installation crew was friendly and professional and did a very thorough job installing it. The carpet looks great. The crew cleaned up nicely and moved furniture back to its original origin with no issues.Once again, very satisfied with the entire experience.
