I went to Hansels Carpets first and they showed me some nice carpet samples. They walked me through a bunch of options. One looked really good, but I could not make up my mind. I looked elsewhere and saw some of the same samples and some not so good. I went back to Hansels and bought that first one. They were very patient with me; absolutely no pressure to sell me something. Plus, the installers were really, really good at what they do. They were fast, clean and did it right the first time. Great all-around experience.
