Approximately 12 years ago, Hansel's Carpets replaced our carpet in our family room as well as installed carpet on our entire third floor. We were very pleased with their service back then and decided to go back to them. Due to rehab work in our family room, we needed to replace the entire carpet again. We visited the store and met with Manny and another very friendly member of their staff. They provided us with some carpet samples to compare at home. We made an appt for Manny to come out and measure which he did within the window he had provided. We chose and ordered our carpet and within a few weeks was ready for installation. Manny was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He went out to measure within less than 24 hours of meeting me and had a quote ready the next day. He even tried to give me strategize some options to help cut costs. The shop was busy and customers seemed pleased. We ended up going a different direction than carpet but would have 100% moved forward with Hansel’s Carpets!
