In today's age of e-commerce and the decline of brick-and-mortar stores, it was a very refreshing experience to buy a new Miele vacuum from Madison Vacuum. The owner, John, was very knowledgeable about the vacuums and steered me in the right direction. Not only did he not try to upsell me, but he also made sure I wasn't buying something that my use case didn't require. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I highly recommend this establishment!

Very positive experience with this business, I’d definitely recommend! Service was excellent, they repaired my vacuum while I waited, price was very affordable, and I was even given tips on how to make my vacuum run better.

Took in a Miele C1 canister vacuum with unknown fault. John greeted me and was extremely courteous.
Vacuum was fixed within 48hrs. Very reasonably priced and equally as courteous on pick-up.
Would definitely recommend Madison Vacuum.
