We were the recipients of a leaking water heater in our office that kept leaking. Remediation was in order. Although it took some time for the insurance company to sign off on the remediation, it was accomplished once the ok was received. Billy Rodgers is a delight to deal with. He was polite, knowledgeable and conscientious. The company with whom he contracted to do the work was swift but thorough. Experience has been great so far. They came promptly and explained everything and have been very thorough. They're working directly with insurance and haven't asked for any payment up front. I have had to call them for follow up instead of them calling me with updates, but overall we're pretty happy with how things have been so far.
