Club Pilates
“This was my first class with Shelby, and she was great! Positive and professional with FANTASTIC PROMPTS and adaptations for a great variety of skill levels, body types and Pilates experience! Fun summer music playlist and great demos too! You can tell this teacher enjoys teaching Pilates and sharing her joy! Great class and great instructor!”
