I have just finished a basement makeover with Hernz Home Improvements and am so happy with the results! From the initial consultation to the construction, design, and everything in between, Sebastian, Jess, and Ignacio have been knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They gave me a step by step plan of the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect on a daily basis. Full disclosure, this is my third renovation with Hernz Home Improvements. I had my kitchen and bathroom done in the past and continue to go to them with my remodeling needs; it just goes to show how much I enjoyed working with them and how great their work is. From start to finish the Flanders Wood Floors and Construction was top notch and we could not have asked for more. Every detail and question that we had along the way was attended to and answered. Two of our bathrooms were in desperate need of repair and update and the final result was exactly as we wanted. Martin and Leon worked with our schedules and they and their team were able to complete the redo of both bathrooms within a two and a half week time frame. We highly recommend and have plans to use them for future work and updates to our home. They do not disappoint! Outstanding!

The installation was great. The crew did a fantastic job. At the end of the job, everywhere was clean. Foreman Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed at all stages of the project. In conclusion, overall, (similar to the roofing job you did for us a few years ago), another stellar job by your company. We are very happy with the windows installation.

Absolute compassion and care from the whole team including the doctor. I had a contact stuck in my eye the night before they got me in on the spot emergency wise and checked. Fortunately it popped out while I was sleeping. But again thank you everyone for the prompt and expert care of the staff and the doctor. Thank you so very much. Almost back to normal now.
Al is by far one of favorite artists. He did a full sleeve and added his own touch to my other sleeve. Always has excellent creative ideas, always willing to work with you to capture your vision. I highly recommend him and his shop. Shop is always clean and comfortable. 5 Star!

I love this place. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I love Danny. He is the best hygienist ever. He is very knowledgeable and teach you and give you great advice. The doctors are great. They also explained every question.
We use them for our yearly Maintnence and water testing as well as replacing tanks as needed. It’s easy to get an appointment and I love they tell you when the tech is on the way via text. John is great - hope they send him every year. My only suggestion would be to respond to emails after test results come in, had to call to get an answer.

Johnny to the rescue! We have called Johnny twice in the last ten years when trees have fallen on our power lines. In both cases he responded very quickly to reattach our power hookup so JCPL could get our power back. Today he helped us regain power from dead outlets due to a gfi not reset. He cares about his customer.
My wife waited on hold for 3 hours with JCPL installation group and as they were asking what work was done Johnny appeared at our door and told them exactly what he did and what they needed to do. He had returned to give us a contact number.

Our dog Kona is doing PT to rehab a torn CCL. The staff is great, Anita, Sam and Dr Kris were the best. They handled our dog with the most care, and took their time even though she was being a little stubborn. We will definitely be coming back, Kona is showing progress from the PT sessions.

I had a great experience with Innovative Electrical! I called the day before I needed a new outlet installed for a sump pump. They had availability, lucky me! Really nice person who I scheduled with. The electrician was prompt, friendly and professional. The job didn't take long and the pump is working fine. I'll definitely call them when we do our next big project.
best massage I've ever had. I've been to many different massage salons, even sojo, Depasquele, massage envy all those other places but this place will get every knot! yes sometimes it is uncomfortable but it is SO worth it. the price is reasonable and is the reason I always give them a 50-75% tip. they do great. one thing I'd love more of is more relaxing music / ambiance as sometimes I can hear customers walk in and phone calls etc but as long as I leave there on a different planet Ill deal with it.

We purchased our replacement windows from Matt's Glass over 20 years ago. The windows were cost-effective and performed beautifully. However, we recently experienced difficulty closing the casement windows. As we had a lifetime warranty, we contacted Rick and were informed that the manufacturer went out of business. Rick notified Matt, and the problem was abated quickly and without fee. It is a rarity to find a distributor who will stand behind their products for this duration.
