Had an appt at 11:15. Was taken in at 11:30. Not sure if we saw a Dr., PA, they never introduced themselves. Quick diagnosis we were in and out within 30 min. Not typical in any urgent care, even with an appt. Would recommend
Clean office, pleasant and warm staff, made an appointment and was seen promptly. I went to a different walk in clinic and was very unhappy with my experience so I made an appointment here instead, much better experience!
First, the facility has been designed to produce an atmosphere that is comforting. The staff is very friendly and professional. The PA who examined me zeroed in on my problem and provided a solution. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I feel lucky to have this facility near me.
