A man named Omar was dispatched to the property I needed assistance with and his response was extremely prompt, he told me he'd be there in an hour and a half and was there in an hour. We had a laundry list of things we had to do - replace a kitchen sink, sewer pipe repair, replace a bunch of piping in the kitchen/bathroom, replacing the spigots outside, install a reverse osmosis machine, and a bunch of other things.
