“MARTY SUPREME! For years we put off having our stairs fixed because we didn't know anyone who specialized in stair repair, and because we thought it would be too expensive. Then we found Marty Anderson. While not cheap, the price he offered was not break the budget expensive either. I would call it fair. Marty and his assistant were thorough, diligent, and took pride in their craftsmanship and ability to match the original 100+ year old wood. We were more than happy with the work he did. As a matter of fact, I had to tell my wife to not be too effusive in her praise to Marty in the middle of the job, because we hadn't paid the remainder of the bill yet. If you live in Hoboken or Jersey City, and need your stairs repaired, I don't think you can do better than hiring Marty Anderson for the job.“

The final product not only includes our original request of under-stair storage, but also a bench with storage where we can put on shoes before heading out the door, additional shelving on the reverse side, and a beautiful walnut wood slat wall that creates an aesthetically pleasing partition between spaces in our home.

“Highly highly recommend! This is our third renovation, two other properties in other states, and I have to say this gave me renewed faith in the construction industry. From design to material selection to the construction process to detail work after the main work was done they were excellent every step of the way. Every single person was nice and professional.Hany was the designer that helped us and he was able to sketch out what I could not verbalize. He was fantastic at gently, nudging me when I was going in the wrong direction which honestly truly I needed it. I don’t know how to design a closet, but he was very clear about asking what my needs were and designing the perfect closet from there. I am obsessed with my closet. Same thing with the stove. I went back-and-forth on multiple stoves and ultimately Hani helped me select one that every single day I look at the stove and I go wow you’re pretty. He also came up with the molding that is all around our apartment which adds a feminine element. Loft buildings are beautiful, but often they can be very masculine. Beyond the design, the construction team was great. Because we live in such an old old old old building, there were a lot of issues and they were able to remedy the issues as well as build a protected box for us to live in. The office staff was incredibly kind. The billing was on point and accurate. Sol, the owner, Is a good guy. The company clearly has a good culture and attracts like-minded people.
