“Bov is incredible with the pets she grooms. She provides individual care and her facility isn’t an assembly line where multiple pets are being worked on at the same time. She is so patient with each pet and allows them to walk around and get comfortable with her. And when she’s grooming them, she allows the owner to stay with their pet to keep the pet comfortable. We originally brought our then 14 year old dog to her that had become very skittish with the grooming process due to his declining health. She was so wonderful with him that when we adopted two pomskies, she was our first choice for a groomer. One of our pomskies is very nervous and suffers from anxiety, and by the time she was done with him, he was giving her kisses and was very happy. In addition, she has a very accommodating schedule. I highly recommend Dog Bath and Beyond.”
