“We utilized Gary's business for basement waterproofing. We had two feet of water destroy our family room in the basement with these crazy storms this summer. Gary was hard working, punctual and clean. He has devised a system so that no concrete dust escaped the basement. My husband weeks later did a sanding project and there were LAYERS of dust everywhere! It made me realize how wonderful Gary's system is. He came on site a few different times before the project to make sure he was doing the best remedy for the job. He broke up the floor, decomissioned the old sump, replaced the pipe with ones that will stand the rest of time, put in a new sump pit and sump pump. The basement was tested with one storm that had the sump pit running overnight. We woke up to a completely dry basement. The first time this has EVER happened in the last twenty years! We would ALWAYS get at least a small puddle in one corner. Not anymore! Thank you, Gary, for your hard work, reasonable price and professionalisim.“

“I had an amazing experience with MMA Dryer vent cleaning and Air duct cleaning in Troy Hills. Technician Jack was friendly and incredibly thorough. He did an exceptional job cleaning our dryer vent and made sure the entire system was functioning efficiently. During the chimney inspection, he identified a potential hazard and explained everything in simple terms. We also opted to upgrade our attic insulation, and the difference is already noticeable. Our home feels cleaner and more comfortable thanks to their air duct service. Jack is a skilled technician who clearly takes pride in his work. “We needed a structural engineering evaluation and had recommendations for two companies. We planned to go with the recommendation from our general contractor, thinking that this would be the easiest to coordinate with the rest of our project. Scheduling was not a smooth process, however, and more than a week after they were contacted, we still had not been given an appointment. We contacted Nick at Colonna Consulting and easily scheduled a date for the assessment. We were also finally given a date by the first company, which was one day earlier than Nick's schedule. Their contract stated that reports were usually ready in 2-3 days, but that this was not guaranteed. Nick told us we could have a report the same day and that he would work on the architectural drawing over the weekend (appointment was on a Friday afternoon) if we needed one. We are very happy that we decided to go with Colonna Consulting.

Nick arrived on time for our appointment. He was very professional and spent more time than we expected explaining what he found and the appropriate remedy. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. We did need an architectural drawing, which was completed over the weekend and sent by email on Monday. He sent the original directly to our contractor for submission with the permit application.
