“I have nothing but great things to say about Erick and the crew at Pro Plus Construction. They did the bathroom renovation on a prior home and a complete home renovation on my current home. His attention to detail on the little items is what separates him from other home improvement contractors. The project was completed in the time frame that I was told and brought in on budget. I would not hesitate to refer Erick and Pro Plus.”
“As a mortgage company, we work with many builders and contractors, but Sankar Construction stands out. They communicate clearly with clients and lenders, stay on top of timelines, and provide detailed documentation that helps us move loans quickly to closing. Their professionalism and quality of work make the financing process smoother for everyone involved. Highly recommended partner for any homeowner building or renovating.”
“Mark is a master craftsman who takes pride in every aspect of his work. He has renovated two kitchens, installed windows and doors, done trim work and replaced a roof for us. Mark has extensive knowledge, and patiently guides you through the process of planning and selecting the elements of your project. He ensures the integrity of each project by evaluating every aspect of the installation and fortifying the infrastructure where needed. He sets a very high standard for the quality of his work and it shows. Not only is his finished product well done, it is flawless and aesthetically beautiful. Mark ends each day with an update of the work he has completed and what he will do next. He leaves the worksite clean and well organized. If you have questions after the completion of the project he is responsive and stands solidly behind his work. He has a professional and kind demeanor which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mark and look forward to having him complete more work in my home.”
