Other recommendations were made beyond the scope of the initial problem, which I felt were genuine and worth doing. They also handled another matter with one of my gutters. Day of the job, the team arrived on time and performed the work as discussed. Overall, I was very happy with the result and the team. Omg Rudy got under my porch and started looking at everything, he gave us a estimate for our steps as he said our foundation was still in great condition. I love his honesty, he was informative told us about their financing program and we were able to get a start date. It's a week later and I have new stairs.
Rudy even came out to on Saturday to ensure that we love the job, he gave me the best care advice for the winter.

Friday night there was a storm and water was coming into our house as a result. I called GI Construction Monday morning, and the owner Gent came over shortly after and assessed my roof. He explained to me why the roof was leaking, and pointed out faults that were even visible from the ground. He showed me pictures and video of the issues he assessed during his inspection.

I reviewed my options and decided to go with GI Construction because of the professionalism Gent exhibited.

GI Construction started on my roof the following week and promptly completed the project. Everything was very straightforward and Gent shared pictures of the progress with me along the way.

Gent and his crew were punctual, professional, respectful, and took pride in the work they did on my house. They did a great job cleaning everything up as well. They did this work in the middle of August, in the brutal heat.
