When I first scheduled an appointment with Dr. Spano, I was honestly very hesitant and nervous about going because I wasn’t sure how chiropractic care could help with my symptoms. I even canceled my initial appointment. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Spano personally took the time to call me, listen to my concerns, discuss my fears, and confidently explain how he believed he could help. That conversation alone gave me the reassurance I needed to give treatment a chance. I also appreciated learning that his practice offers chiropractic care, physical therapy, and acupuncture all under one roof, providing a comprehensive approach to treatment.

I started seeing Dr. Spano for ongoing neck pain and ear pressure/ringing symptoms that had been bothering me for quite some time. From my very first visit, Dr. Spano was extremely patient, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and thoroughly explained his approach to treatment. He even ordered X-rays to better understand what was going on rather than simply treating the symptoms.

What impressed me most was how attentive and respectful both Dr. Spano and his entire team have been throughout the process. Everyone in the office has been friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me feel better.

After only two sessions, I have already noticed a significant improvement in my neck pain. While I’m still monitoring my ear pressure and ringing symptoms, I am very encouraged by the progress I’ve made so far. The office offers much more than a typical adjustment-only experience, with a variety of therapies and equipment designed to support recovery and overall wellness.
