Came to Trinity for neck pain that I’d get from sitting at my desk at work. I had a lot of knots in my muscles. The therapists performed massage to alleviate the knots and loosen everything up. I also did exercises to get stronger and improve my posture so the pain doesn’t come back! I’m feeling so much better! Thank you, Trinity Team!
