I have been to both the E. Windsor and Mercerville locations in June of 2023.. The front desk staff at both locations are professional, kind and friendly.. This is the way it should. The therapists are the same friendly and truly caring. This is the best experience that I have ever had. I cannot say enough great things about the entire facility It is spotless.

This group is commonly known as Good Shepherd in East Windsor. My, I didn’t think this level of excellent, compassionate, caring physical therapy still existed. The type where the physical therapists work with you one on one for at least an hour. The office staff is the friendliest group of people you will ever find. Because my injury is to my dominant hand, a staff member was so kind as to fill it out forms for me at the beginning. My therapists, Michael and Michelle are simply phenomenal. Simply the best and the only place I would rehab with. I have been to many facilities where they work with you for 5-10 min and then leave you to do it on your own. Here, you work 1-1 with your therapist the entire time. They get to know you, your condition, and your strength and weakness better than your doctor. Michelle has worked with me for 3 different hand surgeries and is the best there is!! She is knowledgeable and patient. Josh worked with me for my back and is also great.
