“I was not looking forward to starting physical therapy and I am so happy I did! What a wonderful team of professionals gathered here!! The care from Dr. Rachel (PT) and Dr. Meg (Chiropractic) was not only thorough but personalized and administered with care and kindness. The PT assistants -every single one - are just as wonderful, diligent and truly caring. Every session started with someone asking me how I felt that day so the working session was tailored to what my body needed. I had a goal to develop endurance for my son’s upcoming wedding next week and I know I met that goal. I also worked with Dr Tony and Dr Justin (from Matawan) who were equally dedicated to my care when they filled in with me. The front desk staff greet you with smiles and conversation every time! They are very organized and flexible, and so easy to work with scheduling appointments. I completed my prescribed weeks feeling like I was part of a big family. Everyone knew me and I was able to get to know them all through conversation, laughter and encouragement throughout my course of therapy! They all genuinely like each other and that is passed along to the patients, who recognize the friendship and comfort offered to us every day! This is the place to go and I will be returning for post op therapy after my upcoming knee replacement! Many thanks for helping me laugh and talk through PT!! “I walked into Health and Fitness Professionals feeling like a 1998 shopping cart with three bad wheels and a squeaky axle. My back sounded like a bowl of Rice Krispies every time I stood up, and getting out of bed required a detailed tactical operations plan.

After a few visits, I’m convinced these people are practicing some form of legal wizardry.

The staff is friendly, professional, and somehow managed to put me back together without using duct tape or replacement parts. I came in moving like a retired action figure and left feeling like I could challenge Father Time to a cage match.

The office is clean, welcoming, and everyone genuinely seems to care about helping you feel better. I can’t guarantee they’ll turn you into a professional athlete, but they definitely made me feel like I upgraded from “held together by hope” to “factory reset.”

If your body is making noises that should only come from an old pirate ship, do yourself a favor and go see the team at Health and Fitness Professionals.
