Water Heater Installation Repair near Clinton

“I had been without heat or hot water since Easter. I had two previous companies come in and tell me I needed a new furnace. One was going to be $20,000. One was going to be $18,000. I called Benjamin Franklin told them what had happened to my furnace. There was black smoke coming out of it. Turn it off because it wasn't good. He told me that he was going to give me a call later in the day and stop by. Called me around 3:00 said he was ready. Asked if I was home I was he came. I wasn't expecting him to do any work but he came ready to work. He took a look at it. Decided that he could clean it and see if he could get it up and running and nothing was wrong with it. No need for a new furnace. I'm within 3 hours. I was up and ready with heat and hot water and everything was good. I'm extremely happy with the work and the price was great ! I'm so glad I called and I will be using him for my tune-ups and when I'm ready to actually replace my furnace I will be going with him. Tom was great!“
