“Listen I absolutely hate dermatologists and have a very low tolerance for being made to wait and not being given the time of day. I have seen Sara Petro and Dr Tass multiple times. I have only waited in the lobby at most 10 minutes each time I've gone, and I'm going in the afternoon when you expect them to be backed up. Sara Petro makes her visits quick, yes, but she is effective and communicates well. Dr Tass was the first to finally diagnose me with HS and started the process for getting me medication. They have both answered any and all questions I had, worked with me about medication costs, and have good bedside manner. 4 stars because communicating with the front office is a bit of a nightmare, as is any medical office nowadays unfortunately.”
