SCN Dermatology provides professional and knowledgeable service, with a friendly and informative staff. Patients have reported positive treatment experiences and results. The dermatologist and nurse practitioner are courteous, empathetic, and helpful. However, patients should expect to wait over 30 minutes to be seen and may experience long hold times on the phone. The office is accommodating for emergency appointments, making for a great overall experience.
Fast same day appointments
The non medical staff were extremely kind and professional, and went out of their way, on their own time, to help my elderly mother obtain a ride home. One young woman waited in the freezing garage with my mother till the Uber arrived.
The medical care in my case has been very good. The only complaint I have about that site is the following. They called me on a Friday at 1:59pm because they had to reschedule my appointment for November. They left me a message that they will call as soon as they can. Because that day they closed at 2pm. I call Saturday during their work hours. I called 7 times and they answered the phone but they told me "Dermatology, please hold" and they left me on the phone, all 7 times it was more than 10 minutes on hold and they never answered me. I stopped calling at 11:30am because I got tired of being left on the phone. Leaving a person waiting for more than 10 minutes is rude...read full review
