As an insurance broker I’d like to point out that many dermatologists don’t contract with insurance providers so yes, you can expect to pay out of pocket. The rate for a visit/full body screening is reasonable and customary for Glen Rock NJ. The receptionist does a great job explaining at the time or booking and will provide an extra copy of your receipt which you can submit to your insurance for a potential out of network reimbursement. You may also use FSA or HSA funds.“
