“This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“

The majority of the crown moulding fascia boards on the garage were rotted and would have been too costly to replace with the same. So it was replaced with flat fascia boards. Once the gutters were installed they have the appearance of the old crown moulding fascia boards that had to be removed... absolutely love it! They did an expert job installing the new 50yr shingles and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there!
