“We recently had a flooring project completed by Floors Direct in our home and could not be happier with the results! We had Karndean in Warm Brushed Oak installed throughout our entire second floor and family room. They also removed the tile in our powder room and installed Brazilian teak hardwood to match the existing teakwood throughout our first floor. The transition is so seamless that you would genuinely never know there was ever different flooring in the powder room. We also had new 5-inch colonial baseboards installed throughout the project, and everything came out absolutely beautiful.

From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Peter, the owner, came out to our home twice and answered all of our many questions throughout the quoting and planning process. He was knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything without ever making us feel rushed. Their showroom was also fantastic and made the selection process much easier. His wife even let me bring home six flooring samples so we could see everything in our own lighting and space, and Peter personally picked them up during his second visit to our home.

John and Pete, the installers, were incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and thorough from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and take pride in getting every detail right. They took the time to address squeaky areas in the floors we identified before installation, which we really appreciated. They also installed the baseboards so everything sat clean and flush to the floor without needing shoe molding, which was very important to us for a more seamless and elevated look.

Communication throughout the entire project was great, they treated our home with care and respect, and the whole process felt smooth and stress free.

“Needed to replace two tiles that popped out from toe kick in kitchen. They had a layer of mastic I could not remove. I could not find identical tiles anywhere. Tile Barn ground the old mastic off of the tiles so I could reuse them!!

They asked me what I was doing and gave me some clear instructions as advice.

They also gave me a piece of tile that almost exactly matched the color and pattern of my tile, left over from a job or customer mis-purchase. While I was installing the tiles they cleaned, I discovered that another tile in the toe kick was not just loose but cracked.

The cast off tile piece they gave me exactly matched the dimensions of the old, cracked tile!“
