They provide reasonable prices and overall good customer service to help achieve the ultimate goal within budget. The stock tile is noted as being durable and low maintenance.
Needed to replace two tiles that popped out from toe kick in kitchen. They had a layer of mastic I could not remove. I could not find identical tiles anywhere. Tile Barn ground the old mastic off of the tiles so I could reuse them!!
They asked me what I was doing and gave me some clear instructions as advice.
They also gave me a piece of tile that almost exactly matched the color and pattern of my tile, left over from a job or customer mis-purchase. While I was installing the tiles they cleaned, I discovered that another tile in the toe kick was not just loose but cracked.

Frank and Jim have always been my go to for tile! It’s low pressure shopping with an endless selection! Such high quality with attention to detail, maintenance, and affordability. I returned a saddle that was broken during installation today expecting to have to purchase a new one. With regard to the natural stone I purchased, they offered me other more durable option first. Knowing my heart was set on this material, they gave me a new one at no charge and carefully explained how it can easily it can break due to the nature of the material and install.
