Unfortunately, we ran into electrical issues (no fault of Sean’s, of course) and Sean was an absolute professional through the hiccups. He was able to squeeze us in on short notice and the floors look so fantastic. “Dean and his crew did a fantastic job installing hardwood in most of our second floor, and carpet up our stairs. They showed up when scheduled, and got right to work, all the while respecting our home. They smoothed out any spots that may have contributed to an uneven surface beforehand, and got rid of squeaks in the subfloor that would have persisted. They finished 3 rooms and a hallway in one long day, making a very invasive job a bit more tolerable.The rug installation was a breeze, and we are super happy with the entire project! I will definitely use this business again!“

“Wow. Rich worked from 10-5 cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. It looks like I bought a new floor. He even replaced one tile that I dropped something on and it cracked. he cleaned the floor too and put grout in other spots that needed it. Amazing job. Rich was very fastidious and a perfectionist. I tried to clean myself with zap and a steamer but could not get it clean. I was just about to buy a new floor but I tried grout envy first. Glad I did I highly recommend Rich without reservation.
