“Sean was absolutely fantastic! We had taken down some walls in our home and had these big gaps where floorboards were missing. Sean came in, assessed the situation and said he can get it done. Absolutely seamless, you cannot even tell that he put in new floorboards. I couldn’t help but to call him an artist. If you need to get your floors redone, sanded, stained, etc. look no further than Sean.

“Wow. Rich worked from 10-5 cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. It looks like I bought a new floor. He even replaced one tile that I dropped something on and it cracked. he cleaned the floor too and put grout in other spots that needed it. Amazing job. Rich was very fastidious and a perfectionist. I tried to clean myself with zap and a steamer but could not get it clean. I was just about to buy a new floor but I tried grout envy first. Glad I did I highly recommend Rich without reservation. “Frank and Jim have always been my go to for tile! It’s low pressure shopping with an endless selection! Such high quality with attention to detail, maintenance, and affordability. I returned a saddle that was broken during installation today expecting to have to purchase a new one. With regard to the natural stone I purchased, they offered me other more durable option first. Knowing my heart was set on this material, they gave me a new one at no charge and carefully explained how it can easily it can break due to the nature of the material and install. Jim took extra time to secure it in my vehicle. My only warning is their options and showroom can be overwhelming as the options are endless! I want to change my tile every visit, but I can’t say enough about the stock tile we have now used in 4 bathrooms and 2 foyers! So durable and low maintenance! I can’t say the same for the big box stores and the prices are more than affordable. They will listen to your design ideas and suggest the right plan! No wonder I see repeat designers there when I go! Getting samples is no issue either! They are very accommodating!“
