“I had not had an eye exam for contact lenses in a really long time as I was wearing glasses due to the fact I work on a computer all day. And of course last straw was I was not able to see up close anymore. My sister and my nieces all use your practice. Always said nice things about the group. I was just being lazy but focal lenses my sister swore. Being a GUY I was like in Costco! Really? I could not say enough how once you walk through doors you are in another world! Didn’t realize I was in Costco!! Everyone was so pleasant!!! The 3 people there were just so pleasant! And mind you it was a 9AM appointment on a Saturday! Still made me feel like I was a patient for years! The doctor was SO THOROUGH!!! Took the time and patience to hear all my concerns being I was basically blind seeing up close! Even let me sit at his computer to test lenses out!! And walked out with me answerd all my questions! Ladies behind the counter were equally as helpful and pleasant!! I had an issue left a message and they called me back ASAP late on a Friday! Again I can’t say how much of a pleasant experience this was! Plus booking online was so simple!!!! My insurance company doesn’t cover contact exams. But expense well worth it did not bother a bit!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! You probably think I am a family member of someone by this point!! lol“

“I went into SPECS FOR LESS on Monday to get the arm on the frame repaired or replaced. Well I have to say the associate went over and above looking for a frame to fit the lense. I told her please dont go to alot of trouble looking but she persevered and found a perfect fit. Today i got the call the glasses were ready for pickup. Im more than impressed with the friendliness and the outstanding service i received. I will return for exams and glasses for myself and family! Thank you.“

“Good shop. Located conveniently within Menlo Park Mall. We buy power glasses for our kids from here . Their prices are good compared to other shops . Service is also good .. the only issue is they have very less options for 12-13 yr old kids .. we found only 2-3 frames which fit him. Either it is too big or too small.. we got 2 glasses and they also finished and delivered glasses in a day .. good experience overall .. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This was my first time going to specs for less. A very nice easy, professional and enjoyable experience. I went right into the doctor's office He was really accommodating with trying to find the best prescription for me, which I really appreciated. The selection for what I wanted was more vast than I expected as I am a part of a union and retired and didn't want to have to spend a lot of money. They accommodated and surprisingly enough they had very classy youthful frames that would be perfect for my prescription. So I popped into Cohen’s desperately seeking to have them straightened out and also needed an ear guard to keep from stabbing my ear every time I put them on. Aby was such a great help in correcting them so they sit evenly on my face! She didn’t even charge me for the new guard! I am so very grateful for her expertise, thank you ?“

“Honestly - I had been a little concerned about not going to a "real doctor's office." However, I will be returning! Easy to make an appointment to get my eyes checked. The 'tech' or assistant who did all the tests was excellent. She explained everything so I knew when there would be a flash, or where to look, etc and exactly what they were testing. There was no wait. The doctor was very professional and friendly; she understood right away when I explained some of my vision history (since I'd never been there before). Asked questions about how I spend my day - in order to make recommendations regarding the glasses (progressives or not, etc) and always explained why. The office was clean, everyone was friendly; and most of the paperwork could be done beforehand online so I didn't spend 15 minutes writing my name and insurance info multiple times! Very happy.“
