Overall, I'm very satisfied with the glasses themselves. The exam went smoothly, & the staff helped me handle a quick lens-swap workaround while my custom order was being made. The Transitions lenses I received are hands down the best I’ve ever owned so far & adapt amazingly fast even on cloudy days.
The only reason why I'm taking off a star is transparency during sales. The associate automatically selected top-shelf lens treatments without going over the tier options or prices with me beforehand, which made the total out-of-pocket cost much higher than expected.
