As a client for 20+ years, I am amazed at the high level of customer service that Connover-Swanson maintains. There is always a friendly representative answering your call , followed by expedient service that resolves your problem on the first call. Pricing is fair and customer service is excellent. What more can you ask for ?

I recently bought a new hvac unit for my ocean front condo from Conover-Swanson. It replaces the previous unit that I bought from Conover-Swanson that lasted 15 years due to the excellent twice yearly maintenance by the company that included servicing and hosing off the compressor on the roof of the 7th floor, ocean front building. Conover-Swanson was able to quickly install the new unit, make it operational and follow-up with any questions or concerns I had. Mary Adams, the customer contact person, was very courteous and helpful, being quickly reached by phone and always following up as promised.

Have used Conover Swanson for 15 years. Today James and Greg installed a new Bryant unit for AC and Heat. Greg has been here for minor service needs before. This company has courteous and knowledgeable technicians. They arrive when they say they will and provide all of the information we need to make good decisions. Our house in Avalon is a second home. I wish they were available at our primary residence. Trustworthy....the best people.
