“Writing a review for my mother in law who lives in South Orange. She has a large colonial w/ a 3 stall detached carriage house. R & G replaced both. She wanted me to write a review to let everyone know how excellent they were. They were very professional, timely, informative, and very patient with the process of her trying to get her solar panels temporarily removed. I myself was also involved in the estimate process and got to meet and speak with owner who did the site survey and he was great. The estimate was fairly priced and thorough.The roof looks spectacular. My mother in law is very happy with everything. We would both highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof worked on!“
“Magnolia was the perfect choice. The estimates and project schedule were on target (Thank you RJ). The Project Manager was responsive, patient and professional(Thanks Bill). He took the times to address all my concerns and (text or calls). The crew were respectful, thorough and also professional (Thanks to Thomas and crew). Every contracting crew that came in was thorough with their respective tasks. They provided status updates at end of the day and respected our minimal noise request while our autistic child was home. The project had minor surprises (expected with an old house), but they were all manageable. All the vendors provided by Magnolia, delivered on their promises and help us obtain the kitchen of our expectations. We are very delighted with the final product and will contact Magnolia on our next project. We recommend their services to anybody looking for an outstanding final product. “It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “We recently had our roof replaced on our house and 2 sheds as well as a skylight. From start to finish we could not be happier with every interaction with the company. Ed, the salesman was so personable and professional. He showed up when he said he would and did not try to sell us anything more than we wanted, in fact we added on the 2 sheds on our property to redo as well. He explained everything so well, was patient with my questions and was very helpful. The crew showed up the day we had scheduled and worked through the entire day until it was dark. I did not think they were going to get everything done in just one day but they surprised me and did. They worked really hard! They even did a great job with clean up and were all so courteous. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“
