Luis is a very meticulous individual. He handled the replacement of 2 grab bars and a shower bench.
All was done with care, safety and professionalism.
Management has changed since my original install but PJ Fitzpatrick dispatched Luis Morales who I feel is a value add in representing them!
Look forward to replacing the shower head and handheld shower and a few cosmetic details to come.

I still think it's overpriced but it's competitive with other major bath remodel offerings and carries a great warranty.
