“I’ve been coming here since I adopted my dog and every time they have done an exceptional job! He comes home smelling very fresh and the nails are as small as they can be. He’s been afraid of water since I got him and they worked with him to get used to water and the blow dryer for his thick coat. I personally miss the cute bandana they used to give him, but he’s a big boy. If you’re local, avoid petsmart and check out the nice groomer we have in town!“

“I have been bringing my two Shih Tzus here since they were about 12 weeks old, and Kathy loves my girls just as much as I do. She is incredibly accommodating with both her pricing and scheduling! I have never had an issue getting them in for their regular four-week grooming appointments. In fact, because her prices are so reasonable and Shih Tzu's require a lot of maintenance, I even bring them in every two weeks for a quick face, feet, sanitary trim, and nail trim. It’s usually just a 10–15 minute visit, and you simply cannot beat any of her prices anywhere in Hamilton!“

“I rescued a special needs dog, Leo, about five months ago. He came from a situation of severe neglect and had to have both of his eyes removed. He's still learning to navigate the world and to trust people after everything he's been through. While he’s incredibly sweet, he does struggle with fear aggression and is especially sensitive about having his paws touched.

I was dreading his first grooming appointment, but his nails had grown too long, and he was slipping on my hardwood floors—I couldn’t put it off any longer. Barry was absolutely incredible. He was patient, compassionate, and completely understanding of Leo’s needs. He handled him with such care and gentleness, and even gave me helpful suggestions to make future visits smoother.

“Called Lori on the fly as a new client/pet to her, and told her our Husky needs a good deep cleaning bath. I need him to smell good (and look good) for our daughter’s birthday party this weekend. Well, she was a ROCK STAR and squeezed us in! She was sympathetic & understanding of the situation, and did a great job! No issues, no questionable services- just all around great!
She even went the extra mile to get out his gray stain from his collar around his neck!
As a former veterinary technician, the way she handled our dog and gave me reassurance- it made me confident & comfortable to continue services with her in the future!

“Dr. Garruba and his staff have been taking care of my pets (one cat, two dogs) since 2010. My pets have always been treated gently and with compassion, and I know they are getting the right treatment. When our golden retriever was dying two years ago, Dr. Garruba came out to my car to examine him, and told me that the end was near. He recommended a service that does euthanasia in the home, which turned out to be the best way.
