Called Lori on the fly as a new client/pet to her, and told her our Husky needs a good deep cleaning bath. I need him to smell good (and look good) for our daughter’s birthday party this weekend. Well, she was a ROCK STAR and squeezed us in! She was sympathetic & understanding of the situation, and did a great job! No issues, no questionable services- just all around great!
She even went the extra mile to get out his gray stain from his collar around his neck!
As a former veterinary technician, the way she handled our dog and gave me reassurance- it made me confident & comfortable to continue services with her in the future!

Lori is absolutely fabulous. She loved my flat coated retriever Bella. It's been 8 years since I lost my Bella. Today we got a puppy. I was so happy her shop is still open...I will be calling her next week. Dorothy Murphy
Lori is the best groomer I have ever used. She is a professional, an expert at what she does and just a great person.My former dog, Jack, loved going there and my present dog, Archie, enjoys his stay with Lori as well.
